Are you an experienced Behavioral Health Professional such as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Registered Nurse with behavioral health experience looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company as a Field Behavioral Case Manager? Position Summary: Perform duties related to the day-to-day operations of the High Risk Case Management functions to include working with members identified as high risk to identify needs and goals to achieve empowerment and improved quality of life
Hours for this Position: Monday – Friday; 8AM-5PM

Required Skills
What We Look For:
- Current and active licensure in the state of Ohio in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or Registered Nurse
- Must have Behavioral Health Experience 1+ years
- Case Management or Utilization Management experience
- Disease Management is A+, but not required
